Forum Registration & GOPAC Delegation

The easiest way to be registered is if you contact your own Government to be part of your country’s official delegation – you need to arrange this with your Government directly. For any other parliamentarians, to be registered as part of GOPAC’s delegation to the Conference of States Parties to the United Nations Convention Against Corruption, you must register with the Global Secretariat before 30 November 2025. When you register as part of GOPAC’s delegation, you will be automatically registered as a participant at the conference. Members who are part of an official Government Delegation will have their details entered on your Government’s official note verbale sent to UNODC.  Kindly note that UNODC registration approvals will only begin in mid-October to align with the visa application process.

You must provide your email address above so as we can advise the COSP registration office to send you a link to register in the Conference INDICO system and upload your photo. All participants are required to secure the approval of their registration in INDICO prior to the visa application to enter Qatar. (This must be a separate email address for you only – you cannot register all delegates from one parliament with the same email address.)
