DESCRIPTION:The fourth Global Conference was held on 10-13 March 2011, in Mexico City, Mexico. The conference was jointly hosted by The Senate of Mexico (Cámara de Senadores) and GOPAC Mexico. The conference was attended by parliamentarians from 46 countries. \nThe Conference concluded with the Mexico Declaration resolving to implement the substantive action plans developed by the Global Task Forces.
